Lovely hotel with staff so friendly our room was on the 17th floor lovely view and really comfortable beds with a huge bathroom . The restaurant food here is really good with nice restaurant staff also the bar staff are so helpful and efficient i would also like to thank the reception staff always there willing to help the whole hotel is really clean well done to all the cleaners .

Location is great. Close to everything you need and walking distance to the strip, but far enough away if you want some down time. Rooms are spacious and modern. Spotlessly clean. The showers are amazingly powerful. Quality buffet breakfast with a wide choice of food and beverages. Staff were very polite and professional and very helpful. First time staying here, would definitely return. Thank you RH Victoria

Fantastic Hotel, great location. The staff especially Rakel and Eva are amazing and very helpful. It was our third visit so that speaks for itself. Rooms are immaculate.

We stayed in Rh Royal the sister hotel to Rh Victoria, our daughter n son in law stayed in the Victoria due to having our grandson with them, we came over to spend evening with them 15th feb and enjoyed the friendly warm atmosphere, Oliver was on entertaining that evening and tried to get everyone in to holiday spirit, our daughter showed us their room and we liked it that much we have now booked for Xmas to stay there. Hotel is spotless, staff very polite,it’s even got entertainment zone with table football. Both Victoria and Royal are beautiful we would definitely recommend they are central for both Old and New Town, the beach front is just a short walk away👌

Stayed here from 12th to 16th February, rooms were very clean and spacious, always something to eat at meal times, staff very friendly, we are going back again at Christmas for 10 days 😊

Back again, after 3 years. Love this hotel. Already booked for next Winter. Comfortable rooms, kept spotless by my lovely housekeeper Isobel. The staff work incredibly hard, especially the restaurant and housekeeping staff. You should be very proud of them. Look forward to seeing you all for my 4 week stay, next Jan/Feb. Gracias.

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel and it will not be the last because from the time I entered the hotel door until today I have had an EXCELLENT treatment and I can say that all the workers are lovely. Thank you especially to RAKEL Y GREG reception for that little time you gave me and for the conversation we had. Thanks for everything and all the hotel staff
