The reception staff are professional and helpful if required the bar staff are excellent friendly and hard working and they make the holiday experience at this hotel fantastic Thank you ??

Good and clean hotel , ideally located near the center and yet still quiet. Friendly and helpful staff , big congratulations to animator Alain who provided the necessary ambiance and games without imposing himself. A definite big plus is that you cannot put towels at the pool in advance , access to the sun loungers opens at 9 am so that everyone has the chance for a spot. Thank you to the staff and management. Everything was fine; the dining room staff, especially Paquita, were very attentive and friendly, and the entertainment guy as well.

1st time in Benidorm and we loved every minute here, the beach was a 5 min walk. The hotel was beautiful and inviting, it was clean and modern and everyone was friendly, not only the staff but their guests were too. Our room was on the 8th floor so we had a lovely view. A big shout out to Alain, he made the pool games fun and my little girl adored him.

Brilliant hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is varied and a good choice. The pool area is very nice with a bar and snack service too.

My husband became ill during our holiday and required hospitalisation where he remained for 5 nights. The kindness of all your staff, especially those in reception, was of the very highest quality. They were all wonderful and made a very difficult time for me more bearable by their assistance and support. I can never thank them enough.

Lovely hotel with staff so friendly our room was on the 17th floor lovely view and really comfortable beds with a huge bathroom . The restaurant food here is really good with nice restaurant staff also the bar staff are so helpful and efficient i would also like to thank the reception staff always there willing to help the whole hotel is really clean well done to all the cleaners .

Location is great. Close to everything you need and walking distance to the strip, but far enough away if you want some down time. Rooms are spacious and modern. Spotlessly clean. The showers are amazingly powerful. Quality buffet breakfast with a wide choice of food and beverages. Staff were very polite and professional and very helpful. First time staying here, would definitely return. Thank you RH Victoria
