Great hotel, perfect location very clean. The staff are fantastic especially Alain and Oriel they made it a perfect stay. I can highly recommend joining in the pool games. We will definitely be returning

Very friendly welcoming staff, hotel and rooms very clean. I would class the hotel as a relaxing family hotel. The entertainment staff will encourage all ages to take part in the daily activities- they are extremely friendly and funny. No rushing for sunbeds as they don’t open the doors until 9.30am so you can enjoy a lie in, we always managed to get 4 together. Theres plenty of food to choose from- even for extremely fussy eaters. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. If its nightlife you want - theres plenty to enjoy on the beachfront or its a 15 minute walk to benidorms main party strip. Would definitely visit again.

Good and clean hotel , ideally located near the center and yet still quiet. Friendly and helpful staff , big congratulations to animator Alain who provided the necessary ambiance and games without imposing himself. A definite big plus is that you cannot put towels at the pool in advance , access to the sun loungers opens at 9 am so that everyone has the chance for a spot. Thank you to the staff and management. 1st time in Benidorm and we loved every minute here, the beach was a 5 min walk. The hotel was beautiful and inviting, it was clean and modern and everyone was friendly, not only the staff but their guests were too. Our room was on the 8th floor so we had a lovely view. A big shout out to Alain, he made the pool games fun and my little girl adored him.
