Very friendly welcome, arrived yesterday you felt you were welcomed. Very nice room[ 1706] phenomenal view. Nice sea view. Staff both at the reception and in the restaurant are super friendly. We are here for the second time staff and service top

Perfect location for lovers of The Old Town. A little on the quiet side, but central to everything. Staff are fabulous and food is good.

"Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel for a brilliant stay. I was really nervous to eat full board as my daughter has a number of food allergies. I wasn’t sure if we would be able to make use of it. On the first day, the staff were reassuring and diligent, took the situation seriously and obtained information needed from the chefs so we were clear about what she could and couldn’t eat. I can’t express how much this meant to us. Thank you so much and please pass on our thanks to the restaurant staff"

Just returned from a lovely stay in the R H Victoria. Had a superior room on the 5th floor. Lovely food and excellent staff in the bars, restaurant and reception. The New year's eve gala dinner was superb. The staff went to a lot of effort to make it very special. Will be returning next year.
