"Fantastic staff "

"First impressions count and walking in I thought lovely and clean. Greeting at reception was so friendly. Our room wasn’t ready so the Receptionist took my telephone number and called me when room was ready. Wow we was on floor 18 panoramic views. We couldn’t have wished for better accommodation. So next time we stay we would certainly prefer this room or 19 floor. Alberto from animation was fantastic. Although I didn’t enter into the games, I watched the way he interacted with guests which was brilliant. He certainly is an asset to the hotel with his great personality. Bar and restaurant staff were equally friendly. The evening entertainment was also very good on the terrace as was totally different nightly. "
